Activities We Can Offer Your Group
Horse Experience
Spend time outdoors with our wonderful horses in a calm, supportive setting tailored to your group. Sessions are guided by experienced facilitators and may include working alongside horses in the arena or forest, encouraging participants to step outside their comfort zone, build awareness through body language, and explore new ways of communicating and thinking.
Yoga
Start the day with a gentle, grounding movement before breakfast, led by Olwyn, our highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Her breath-led, slow-paced approach allows time for deep relaxation and self-reflection. Sessions include mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, helping you reconnect with yourself and the wider natural world.
Wild Food Foraging
Explore the forests, laneways, and gardens with Olwyn and learn from her extensive knowledge of local plant life. Discover edible wild plants, leaves, and flowers, understand their role in the ecosystem, and even learn how to eat a nettle safely! The session may include a simple plant craft, preparing a fresh herbal tea, and tasting seasonal wild foods.
Traditional Craft Workshops
We can also arrange hands-on creative sessions such as:
- Felting
- Silversmithing
- Basket Weaving
These workshops offer a relaxing, tactile experience and a chance to slow down, learn a new skill, and create something meaningful to take home.
