Most of us are too busy DOING and don’t take the time to care for ourselves, recharge our batteries, and ease the stress of our day to day lives.
Now you can. A restorative yoga class will not only recharge you and relieve stress, but also reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, enhance sleep, and can even boost your immune system, balance the nervous system and minimise symptoms of depression.
Each class is 1 and a half hours in length and includes breathing techniques, restorative poses and slow flow, and guided meditation.
Mats available to loan or bring your own. Bring a blanket and 2 pillows (a bolster if you happen to have your own). All other props will be provided for you.
The perfect way to end the busy week and head into the weekend refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.
