The First Aid Training Course is designed to train people in the skills of First Aid in homes and workplace.

Dates: 16th, 17th and 18th November 2026 – 9.30am to 4.30pm

The course is three days in duration : 9.30am – 4.30pm

The First Aid Training course covers:

– CPR
– Defibrillation
– Recovery Position
– Heart attack
– Stroke
– Bandaging – musculoskeletal injuries
– Common Medical Emergencies
– Burns / Hypothermia/ Hyperthermia/ poisons

Our fully qualified instructor is Paul Bowler, who is approved by The Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council Ireland.

We cover theory, followed by practical demonstrations.

A lot of focus is given to the practical demonstrations. This is how the learner will apply the knowledge in real life scenarios after the course.

Each candidate has their own manikin and PPE for the duration of the course.

Learners are confident to deal with and record a First Aid Emergency after completing the course.

Cost Per Person: €250 inc Certification on successful completion of the course. Lunch is available at €15 per person, per day (not inc with course – please book separately).
