Love This Place Event in assocation with Leave No trace @ Slieve Aughty Centre

We are delighted to host a day of activities at Slieve Aughty Centre for free as part of the #loveyourplace initiative by Leave No Trace.
National public awareness campaign urges responsible enjoyment of Ireland’s rich natural heritage of outdoor spaces and environment.
Public asked to take the “Love This Place Promise” highlighting simple actions to respect and protect outdoor spaces.
12 o’clock we start with the walk in the woods and visit to the medieval round house.
3pm there will be Nature Crafts and face painting. And there is lovely food in our restaurant.
We will be doing a forest clean up at 3 for every body who wish to come out with us ‘you are welcome’ bags and gloves provided.
This Event is a FREE day out!
