Local mycologist, Cesare Morciano, will introduce the secrets of mushroom science, ecology, richness, diversity and edible or poisonous value of the mushrooms species in the area. A walk to learn how to pick mushrooms, the technique for cleaning them, how to cook them according to tradition and the art of preserving them.
