He is a self-taught mycologist with more than 14 years of professional experience collecting mushrooms for restaurants and farmers markets in England\, the United States and Ireland. \nEdward has a passion for the foods our land provides. DESCRIPTION:A Celebration of Craft & Community – 18th to 20th September \nWe invite you to join us for CELT 25th anniversary this September\, for our “Celebrating the Harvest” Weekend in the Hills Equinox gathering. \nThis edition of WITH we have even more high quality workshops on offer\, with many crafts to choose from at our 2 night\, 3 day event.  \nWe invite you to join us for the opening ceremony on Friday 18th September; where we will celebrate ‘’25 years of CELT’’ and explore CELT past\, present and future\, alongside some of our longest standing tutors and members. \nBring your instruments\, songs and stories along for sharing by the fire in the evening. \n \nWhats new at the festival?\nOver the course of the weekend\, we have a variety of mix and match workshops on offer for adults and children\, with the addition of programmed evening events. \nGather by the fireside to hear stories from renowned local Seanachaí Eddie Lenihan\, learn some traditional céilí dances\, dance your socks off to traditional music with a lively twist from Caoimhín Ceol. ​ \nCelebrate the harvest as we break bread and are fed by a locally hunted ‘’roast deer’’ in our Saturday feast.  \nThis is an invitation to learn lifelong skills\, and make lasting friendships & connections along the way.
