DESCRIPTION:Summer Pony CampOwn a Pony for a Day during the School Holidays!\nYour child can live their dream for a day or more at the Slieve Aughty Centre pony camp! Available Monday to Friday July  3rd to 7th\, 2023.\nDesigned for beginners to learn the basics of riding and horse care. \nA day of pony camp may include: \n\nHorse Health\nGrooming\nTack and Saddlery\nFeeding\nSafety around horses\nArena riding lessons\nHorse trekking\nPony Games\nVaulting\nNatural Horsemanship\nVisit to the Enchanted Forest\nArt and Crafts\nFun with ponies\nand more……!\n\n*subject to availability. \nDetails\nPony camp must be booked in advance.   Advanced payment required to secure your place. Camp is from 10 am to 2 pm.  Bookings can be made for a single day or multiple days. Camp is suitable for  5 – 14-year old beginners. \nWhat to bring\nWe recommend children bring a change of clothes\, snacks\, and drinks (no single use plastics please). Water bottles can be refilled at the centre. Rain coat and boots are essential!  Bring suncream for sunny days \nWhat to wear\nChildren should wear boots with small heels and long flexible and comfortable trousers. We recommend layering clothing and bring a rain jacket every day. SUMMARY:Restorative Yoga
DESCRIPTION:The first Friday of every month at 7pm.\nMost of us are too busy DOING and don’t take the time to care for ourselves\, recharge our batteries\, and ease the stress of our day to day lives. \nNow you can.  A restorative yoga class will not only recharge you and relieve stress\, but also reduce anxiety\, lower blood pressure\, enhance sleep\, and can even boost your immune system\, balance the nervous system and minimise symptoms of depression. \nEach class is 1 and a half hours in length and includes breathing techniques\, restorative poses and slow flow\, and guided meditation. \nMats available to loan or bring your own.  Bring a blanket and 2 pillows (a bolster if you happen to have your own).  All other props will be provided for you. \nThe perfect way to end the busy week and head into the weekend refreshed\, renewed\, and rejuvenated. \nContact Tracie at 087 76 75 922 or horsebackyogaireland@gmail.com to book your place. \n€15 per class.  Meet in the Poplar Room. \nSee you on the mat!
