All of that can happen from just an hour of yoga. Join Tracie on the mat for an hour of alignment based vinyasa flow. Move with your breathe as you stretch, strengthen, relax and flow. Designed for all levels of yogis to improve flexibility and mobility and leave you ready for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Bring you own mat (or borrow one if you don’t have your own) and a blanket. Other props can be provided or feel free to bring your own bricks, blocks, or yoga straps.
