Forage for Edible Mushrooms!

Bring a notebook for a guided walk through the forest in search of edible fungi with Galway's foremost mycologist and foraging specialist Cesare Morciano of NUI Galway. Cesare has been the forager for a number of restaurants in Galway including Michelin starred “Loam Restaurant” for many years. You'll want to take notes as he is a wealth of knowledge!
After a brief introduction, participants will be welcomed with tee and coffee on their arrival, he will show you where mushrooms grow, why they grow where they do, and how to distinguish the edible from the inedible.
Upon return to The Three Towers, identify your harvest
