Local mycologist, Cesare Morciano, will introduce the secrets of mushroom science, ecology, richness, diversity and edible or poisonous value of the mushrooms species in the area.

A walk to learn how to pick mushrooms, the technique for cleaning them, how to cook them according to tradition and the art of preserving them until they are born again.

Time runs from 11am to 5pm.
