Alternate Saturdays from 2-4 pm beginning Saturday June 12th.

Time to get the kids out in the natural world and discover all the joys and wonders right on our doorstep.  Children will use their senses to explore and learn about their environment through fun, active activities focused on discovering the interconnectedness of all living things on our planet.

Each week will introduce a theme and answer a question such as what would happen if all the midges were gone?  Why do spiders have 8 legs?  How do trees help with global warming?  What does the forest look like at night?  Can I eat that?  Why aren’t there snakes in Ireland?  What happens to trees when they die?

Suitable for children ages 8 and up.  Dress for the outdoors and inclement weather.  We will be hiking, wading, digging, walking, crawling and getting dirty!

€10 per child per session (€48 for 6 sessions paid in advance).  Places are limited and advanced booking is essential.  Contact Tracie at 087 767 5922 for more information and to book your child’s next wild outdoor adventure!
