“We took our niece to visit Santa on the 8th of December and from beginning to end our visit was lovely. Santa was perfect in every way. There was no rush and he took a great time of interest in her. The elves are brilliant. Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect. Would definitely recommend your event centre. The only recommendation I would make is ‘change nothing’.”

It was a great day out, the kids really enjoyed the pony rides and the girls had great patience with all the children. The pancakes were delicious. Great day all around for adults and kids alike. Highly recommended.

Santa is excellent, he’s the real thing. The whole experience is brilliant, the lack of commercialism is what makes the whole day so special. Third visit and will be back next year.
We had a great time at the festival. There is a lovely Christmas feel to the centre with plenty to keep all occupied. Santa was the highlight. The best Santa we have seen yet.
Amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Being outdoors for a lot of it, the kids love the reindeer ponies, I love the campfires. It’s a real little festival, so much to do. My daughter keeps asking, “Can we stay here a little bit longer?” It’s a really nice touch asking the kiddies to do maneuvers on the ponies instead of just leading them around the ring. You obviously care! Fantastic value for money and really enjoyable. Thank you.
It was a magical experience. The children really enjoyed it. There is so much to do, you could easily spend a few hours here. It was recommended to me by a work colleague and I would tell other people as it can be hard to find some place that creates such an atmosphere.
Santa is excellent. Very patient and friendly. This is our 2nd year here with very small children (1 & 2) and they are not scared and very confident because Santa gives them time to settle. Love pancakes! Magical experience for children, parents and grandparents. See you next year!
Santa Claus absolutely fantastic at his job and hit the nail on the head with his advice. He wasn’t rushing us and it was great to be able to take a photo without being charged. The open fires outside created a lovely atmosphere and the design of the wooden decorations must have come from some very skilled people. Arts and crafts and hot chocolate and pancakes a lovely bonus!!
The storytelling had my 2 little girls transported to a place of magic. Santa Claus is the nicest we have met – definitely the real Santa. We loved the arts and crafts – there was nothing rushed and it was so much fun.snow queen and cat Riding the horse was so exciting for my horse-mad youngest. Pancakes and hot chocolate amazing. What made it special – the people who met us at each spot. The Snow Queen should be on stage – such a way with children.
Horses and animals were best enjoyed. The costumes and variety of activities were wonderful. It is a great experience to come to. It’s wonderful. The kids say it could be better if we could stay forever.

The whole experience was great. The added extras ie pony rides, hot chocolate and pancakes make it a very special day. Santa is fab and really puts the kids at ease. My son spent all year talking about him after last year. I think it will be the same for this year!
Would highly recommend it to friends and will come again next year. My 5 year old loves horses and so really enjoyed the pony rides etc but still plenty to do for her 8 year old brother. What a magical experience! The highlight for my 4 year old son was visiting Santa in his little house, the build up walking up the path and the elf answering the door. After that he had a pony ride, which was great because he didn’t just sit there he got to learn something. The day was made especially magic because of the snow. Being able to escape from the cold was great – the food and hot drinks were excellent. Thank you.

The setting and the atmosphere. The puppet show was fab. The horses and the way they were kept and dressed. The snow and the Snow Queen, Santa – loved everything! Of course, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Beats the Ailwee Caves. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
